The Newest Addition to our Family

So after years of driving a granny car my husband finally got the ride he was meant for. It's a Toyota Tundra, dual cab (we can all fit!) big engine, towing package etc. etc. When Eddie is elated he looks about the same as when he's devestated. The man does not emote, but if he did I think he would be turning cartwheels. My husband is one of those guys who is a legitimate "truck guy". Nevermind that we live in Suburbia and he wears slacks and a button down shirt to work. Those things are just concessions he's made to provide for his family. Camping, four-wheeling, woodworking, carpentry, climbing and guy stuff are the more natural fit. On Father's Day we took an impromptu trip up to the mountains, and it just felt right. So next time you see him, tell Eddie congratulations on our newest additon.
